I was recommended to see Pooja for a hearing test. With the results came my hearing loss awareness which I was not ready for. Pooja made the transition with hearing aids for me easy, stress free and lovely to deal with. She explained the different levels, features, benefits and prices to help make my decision easier. Her prices were reasonable and the best around. Her aftercare service is also great and included. Her caring and understanding demeanour was a pleasure to deal with I would highly recommend Pooja for anyone needing a hearing test, advice and hearing aid expertise . Thank you again Pooja.

Pooja was amazing with my son. After completing all the required parts of the test she explained everything to me in great detail and answered any questions I had to ensure I had a full understanding. She was very prompt at sending the detailed report to myself, GP and ENT specialist that same day.
