Amazing customer service and helpful staff for something I was finding challenging everyone there was so kind, supportive and absolute professionals. Any concerns you have they will take seriously and do there best to assist you to get to the bottom of it! I found Tara and Stephanie really stood out in my eye testing experience. I'd rate them both 12/10 if I could! They really go above and beyond without being asked. I would highly recommend specsavers 10/10.

They have a great customer service they genuinely care to the customer, they don’t ignore the customer straight right away even there are some challenges situations they are trying to resolve the issue and very accommodating and they are soft spoken.

I popped into the store and needed my eye checked. I was served by such lovely staff. Had my eye examined and removal of an eyelash was all the problem was. Very thankful for the assistance towards the my issue. Regards Tracey.

I had a fantastic experience getting my new glasses from Bailey Nelson! Jasper was incredibly helpful - knowledgeable, honest, and really took the time to ensure I could choose the frames I wanted for my script. I appreciate the clear advice on which services were necessary and which ones weren’t, which made the whole process feel transparent and trustworthy. I love my new glasses - I got the exact frame I wanted and they arrived super quick! They have also offered ongoing support to ensure the fit is just right and that the glasses continue to work well for me. I won’t be going anywhere else in future! Highlight recommend!

I cannot fault the service from either the optometrist or the sales consultant. Both made me feel completely at ease, and helped me through the entire process. Given it was my first eye test in over 30 years I was in need of guidance, and left there feeling like I had been in very capable and caring hands.

Ivy was lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for another eye exam when required.
