Bresic Whitney have been managing my terrace house in Surry Hills for years, I have found them to be friendly, efficient and professional to deal with. I recently needed to do some minor renovations to freshen the place up, that’s when my Property Manager Amelia La Greca really stepped up! What a dynamo!! I was only in Sydney for two weeks and she took control and helped me coordinate painters, electricians, carpet people, gardeners and handymen. She was so organised and friendly throughout, I really couldn’t have done it without her and the results were amazing, only a short period without tenants and a great rent achieved in the first week advertised! My experience during my tenancy with my property manager Ngaire Wiernicki was superb, I cannot recommend her enough.
