I‘ve been practicing yoga here for a few years and after each class I feel so great mentally and physically. They have heated classes which is so nice especially in the colder months. The teachers are all fantastic , knowledgeable and welcoming. David is so great, really. I like how he always offer ways/options to go deeper and to improve my practice. Highly recommended this yoga studio.

Yoga Hotspot has been years of great support and development for my practise. Val, David, and the team are amazing. Although my partner and I have moved to the other end of Sydney, we make sure to book a session and head over whenever we can. Thanks for sharing your time and passion over the years.

During my visit to Sydney last week, I had the chance to attend a yoga class at One Hot Yoga. The studio has an open, inviting atmosphere, with mats pre-set—a detail I especially appreciated. As a newcomer, it took me a moment to navigate the buzzer system and elevator, but once inside, the experience was well worth it. You can bring your own towel or rent one if needed. Our instructor, Bec, was warm and welcoming, and the class itself had a unique feel, even for someone who regularly practices yoga in Vancouver. Overall, it was a fantastic class in a beautiful space.

Really wonderful studio, very clean and bright place. The guy at the reception is very friendly, warm and kind, he gave me a tour the first time coming here. The teacher Roxanne is amazing and experienced. I am so glad I don’t need to bring my yoga mat and gears especially after work.

I have thoroughly valued my membership with One Hot Yoga & Pilates. As I work unusual hours I looked for a studio with classes in the middle of the day, as well as morning, evening and weekend times. The variety of classes also means I don't get bored. The teachers are all skilled and personable. The equipment is high quality.

Being very new to yoga I tried a few studios before coming to Humming Puppy in February 2023, but after one class I haven't been anywhere else. Very welcoming set up with couches, tea, water, towels and showers etc. They cater for all abilities and levels of experience, I never felt intimidated and always at ease. No pressure during class to do things you're not capable of and the teachers are great at recognising when you need assistance, which has been very helpful. The variety of classes is fantastic and they offer add on workshops to learn more specifics etc. The hum during class is super relaxing and being able to book your preferred mat is an excellent initiative. Visited the Melbourne studio and it's exactly the same experience. Highly recommend.

Humming is the absolute yoga place and the facilities is amazing! Love the space, the ambience and of course the instructors. Lu is the best! Wish they would clean the mats more though sometimes it’s stinky.

Humming Puppy is amazing. It’s a lovely space with great facilities (like hot tea, yoga mats, towels, showers). All the teachers are excellent and offer a diverse range of vibes.
