Charlie is a great communicator and took the time to understand our needs and educate us on our style preferences. She was very accommodating and understanding when we altered the scope of our project. The majority of the choices she presented for our colour scheme, lighting, flooring options and window treatments were spot on. The few slight tweaks we had were quickly changed to new selections which we were very happy with. We love the look and feel of our new home. Despite the tight timeline, Charlie delivered really creative and well thought out design ideas for everything from the colour scheme to wall tiles and lighting.
