Attended Scratchleys for a business dinner. Service from the staff was excellent, very prompt on drinks delivery and overall very friendly. Plenty of choices on the menu to suit all tastes. For mains I went for the lamb. Great presentation and colours. Flavours were delicious and cooked perfectly. Pricing was reasonable given the quality of food and location. Overlooking the water was very nice. During the day would be even better. Highly recommend Scratchleys on the Wharf for dinner.

Great location here in Newcastle and we got seated on the best table looking out to the water. Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views of the wharf. Friendly and attentive staff. A lot of variety of seafood. White interior of the restaurant with glass windows really compliments the restaurant, blue drinking glass set at each table gives it a Santorini vibe.

I have visited this place twice so far, and I’ve had a great experience each time. The food is excellent, especially with the water view. I highly recommend it for celebrations! Just keep in mind that you’ll need a reservation, as it’s important to secure a table for a good dining experience.

So so so much fun!! The staff are really cool and helpful, and every dish we had was so delicious. We had the $99 deal and there was heaps to eat, absolute bargain! It was my birthday month, and there was a deal if you sign up to get a free shrimp martini which was delish. Even better, the staff were so sweet they brought out a little dessert and sung happy birthday! We had a window seat with a gorgeous view of the city lights. Truly had such a fun night, thank you.

We had a delicious lunch at KickinIn today! The seafood boil with garlic butter was fresh and full of flavour. Kids loved the bibs and gloves, plus bonus, no mess! Excellent service as well. Fast and friendly. Such a great concept and a lot of fun.

We came here for my father's birthday and they ?ent above and beyond! They sang happy birthday and used trick candles. The food was amazing and the service was even better.

We visited for Lunch and took advantage of their Tuesday Special Calamari and Chips as well as Hoki and Chips to share and Bitters. The food was wonderful, the drinks were also fantastic. We rounded our visit off with a coffee. I must commend the staff member Harrison on his wonderful service throughout our meal.

Super fresh & such delicious seafood. Lovely staff and very efficient. Amazing value. Can’t fault anything and will be back next time we are in Newcastle.

Wonderful little Luncheon experience. Cocktails to start, followed by some beautifully fresh King Prawns, Oysters and some yummy Gelato to finish.
