Now known as Michelle Szymanski. My sister and I recently returned from a wonderful trip to Japan, which was capably organised by Adam Uren from Busselton Flight Centre. Right from the get-go he was welcoming, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Adam has a very pleasant manner and we felt comfortable asking lots of questions, which he answered well. Any areas he was slightly unsure about, he'd contact Wendy Wu's Tour Office, clarify the situation, then phone or email us to let us know the answer. He was always very reliable in getting back to us. Adam was also mindful of us getting the best value for our money, and arranged better flights so we could save on accommodation at the beginning of the Tour. He also attended to our seating requests on the plane as well as ensuring our single rooms were close to each other in the various hotels we stayed at throughout the trip's duration. A few App Tips were also imparted by Adam, which also helped with International communication, and he also advised us to sign up and become a KrisFlyer so we could receive some inflight advantages. Because Adam exuded confidence, and then lived up to the promise on every occasion, we enjoyed a well organised, trouble free holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam as a travel agent as both my sister and I very much appreciated his exceptionally competent, helpful manner, and his cracking sense of humour. There are a couple of positive suggestions I could make to Wendy Wu's organisation but we were very happy with Adam.

I was so impressed with Sean's service he provided to myself to book to spend time with my US family. Sean is apparently a "newbie", however his service was so excellent, seeking assistance from colleagues when I asked questions he could not answer. Not only have I given him 5 stars, I also give him 11/10.

Amy was very pleasant to deal with. She was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. She answered all my questions and wasn't afraid to find out information she didn't know off the top of her head. I highly recommend Amy as your travel agent.

Recently did the Goldfields and Prospector Rail Journey with Jane as our guide. The trip itself was great (Gwalia was my favourite). The guide even better. Loved the pick-up from and drop off back to home. Made things so easy. The bread and milk when dropped at home is a nice finish to the journey. We decided to become Gold Members on this our first trip. Now looking into Lake Mungo tour.

Have just returned from the Ghan and Top End. What a magical experience. Thank you Jane for looking after us so well. It was my first Villa trip and certainly not the last, in fact, have just booked a ten day South Australian trip in March 25. The whole experience was awesome.

We have just enjoyed a marvellous holiday with Villa Carlotta, the tour leader and coach driver were friendly, professional and also had a good sense of fun . We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the tour, would recommend this company without question.

Mary at Naturaliste Travel was amazing with helping us book our 2023 New Zealand trip! I had never used a travel agent before as I thought they came with a lot of extra costs, however this was not the case at all. Mary planned almost every part of our trip which made the process so easy and smooth, and gave us so many options and communicated with us the whole way through. Even on the trip when we had queries about changing the itinerary, Mary got back to us within the day & again gave us numerous options. Have just returned from an overseas holiday to visit my son and his family. Naturaliste Travel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to assist me through all aspects of leaving and returning to Australia under our complex and ever changing Covid mandates. Made my travelling very much easier.
