DR NEIL SMITH REVIEWS
I recently had the need to consult a Urologist, a friend recommended I see Dr Neil Smith. I was very impressed with Dr Smith’s knowledge and professionalism. Right from my very first consultation he put a plan in place, he closely followed , monitoring my progress at all times. He kept me informed, he knew exactly what testing and procedures should take place, and at what stage they should take place. Dr Smith has given me confidence and reassurance, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone who is in need of a highly qualified Urologist.
I have been under the care of Dr Smith for many years and from the outset I have had complete trust in him. I had surgery a little while ago and was hospitalised for 3 days and Dr Smith took time out of his busy schedule to check on me each day. Dr Smith is a total professional with an obvious great care for his patients and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is seeking a highly skilled urologist. Furthermore, I might add that his office staff are very friendly and efficient.
Dr Neil smith was very straight forward and precise worked fast to get my husband the help he needed at a very worrying time, hopefully my husband will stay cancer free. Kate his assistant was lovely and very helpful.

DR CHARLES CHABERT REVIEWS
Dr Charles Chabert and his staff , Donna and Olivia, have been extremely helpful, informative, kind, considerate and professional during my recent prostate issues. Charles is a superb communicator and was able to help me fully understand all my problems. He then ensured that all my surgical and non-surgical options were crystal clear to me and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions . The treatment information pack I was given following my consultation was 1st class....everything was clearly laid out and easy to follow from hospital admission to costs to my 5 week post-operative review. My surgical outcome was completely within the range of recovery that he had predicted and that I had expected and whilst I may well require further help in the future, this would then be part of a planned and progressive treatment plan. Satisfied patient Absolutely!
Recently I received a call from my GP regarding a high Prostate Specific Antigen reading. I contacted the Prostate Clinic and made an appointment with Dr Charles Chabert. Dr Chabert had me in for a biopsy the very next day. An aggressive form of prostate cancer was found and after a further consultation I was subsequently booked in for a Radical Robotic Prostectomy. My recovery and results were beyond my expectations and today I am cancer free thanks to Dr Chabert's amazing experience and ability in his field. My wife Lana & I cannot thank Dr Chabert enough for all of his efforts he truly saved my life!
A fantastic Dr knowledgeable and passionate about his patients and what procedures offer the best outcomes both short and long term - robotic surgery may not yet be recognised as the best way to conduct a radical prostatectomy but my husbands recovery is living proof that Dr Chabert is the best at what he does and the advice he gives sets his patients up for success.
