Events by the bay did an incredible job styling & catering our end of year celebrations. Nothing was too much bother, the styling was spot on & STUNNING and the food was delicious and plentiful. Can not recommend Events by the Bay enough! A fantastic job & memorable evening.

Lara was our amazing wedding coordinator and could not have asked/hoped for a more responsive, authentic, flexible, capable, and energised service. I recommend her to everyone. We had the best day.

Chantelle was excellent to work with in organising the perfect proposal. She went above and beyond in helping find the best possible location and organised everything behind the scenes so all I had to do was arrive at Lake Cave.

Stunning! We hired some furniture from South West Event Studio for our wedding, the dark wood tables, dancefloor, and the gorgeous black chandelier was amazing. The whole reception was stunning and the furniture is the perfect backdrop for stylist to do up. Communication, variety of items to hire and the service on set up and pack down was so smooth and amazing. Thank you for adding to our wonderful day.

We absolutely loved working with Jody who helped us every step of the way when selecting the tableware and decor elements for our wedding. Her friendly, helpful and approachable personality made choosing everything a breeze and when we changed our minds Jody couldn't have been more flexible. Thank-you both for helping to make our day so special!

From the very start of our planning through to the smallest details in the decorations (and an absolutely stunning bouquet!) I felt like Denise and everyone at R&D Collective was working to find and refine our vision of the perfect day. After the first meeting, I was confident that they knew how to turn my rough ideas into a fairy tale and they did exactly that! The way they decorated both my ceremony and reception locations took my breath away and I got so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful everything was. Thank you Denise and Robert for all of your hard work, you really did give me the perfect wedding!

Denise and Rob are just the perfect duos for weddings. can not fault their service and genuine care and understanding for our big day everything was perfect and went so smoothly recommend them 110%.

From start to finish! I didn’t even know where to start. Rob and Denise helped me with ideas, venues, copious amounts of emails and questions. It was also so handy as Denise is the celebrant.
