AMAZING care, compassion and professionalism. Dr Deb and her team are absolutely awesome and we trust their every recommendation. We have been clients for a very long time with reptiles and birds. Our beautiful Oscie would not be alive except for the exceptional care and individual attention given to higher needs patients like him. Absolutely exceptional care & understanding in every way imaginable. We could not recommend BBEVS more highly!!.

All the staff are very knowledgeable and amazing at explaining things to some”one like me who isn’t familiar with the terminology and medications. They are all supportive and kind to my pet as well as to myself. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my rat Cheese.

All of them have a passion for what they do that shines through at every moment. They offer amazing Veterinary services for birds and are my friends and families regular vet.

I have had my pets at this Veterinary hospital for emergency and specialist treatment over the past eight years. I have always been very happy with the service and the people. Recently one of my Giant Schnauzers has required surgery on his leg due to some cancerous cells. The results so far have been great but I am just in awe of the kindness, professional treatment and the establishment itself. It's not the place where I like to see my pets but when circumstances dictate it is certainly comforting knowing they are there.

From the moment I walked in to all his treatment it was a fantastic journey I was so worried about my baby boy but they kept texting when he went into surgery and afterwards. What a great place staff at front counter and vets were so understanding. I recommend them to anyone. It was very expensive but you pay anything for your fur babies to be healthy.

Thankyou to Dr Darren Fry for his care and attention yesterday with our gorgeous girl Ella. Though she couldn’t be saved, we had the utmost trust in his diagnosis, his explanation of what was going on, and his gentleness with Ella. Most appreciative….

Really great service! My sister's dog, Honey, was really sick. It was very scary as she is a part of our family, but the nurses sent us photos of her and kept us up to date with how she was. We always felt very welcome to go see her at any time which really helped. Great services, really great staff and excellent prices. Will always bring my pets back!

We've been bringing our fur babies here for 3 years. We couldn't be happier with the care and compassion that every member of this team has shown us and our puppers. From the beautiful administrative staff to the nurses and doctors - their professionalism is second to none. Would highly recommend!

They are just the best if your pet needs extra loving care. My wee Pixie needed emergency surgery on a Sunday night - she stayed for 5 days, and The staff treated her with the best love and care that she needed to get through. If I could give 100 stars, I would!
