Great staff, a lovely girl repaired my glasses today, delightful, friendly, and very helpful. I think her name was Huss, she had my glasses so I could make out her name tag She will know, replaced my frames as there was a problem with the screw in one of the arms. I wouldn't go anywhere else for glasses and highly recommend. A big thank you to her.

Just came in with a pair of vintage glasses that weren’t fitting me properly and the man working here refit them for me really quick and without charge. I have been a loyal specsavers customer in my past and this kind act definitely makes me want to return to this store. Thank you!

Had a really lovely experience with the manager of this store today - I can tell she really cares about her customers and her staff, and also that she knows exactly how to give glasses wearers (and contacts wearers) the best experience. I purchased my glasses in early October and they took about a week to get made and delivered to the shop. When I picked them up on a Friday afternoon I was given a lot of time and attention to ensure I had a properly fitting pair of glasses that felt comfortable and didn’t slip off my face. For my initial visit, I felt very welcome and in very capable hands during the eye test - it was comprehensive and bulk billed - and had plenty of time to pick the right frames and lenses afterwards. For my pickup, I again felt extremely welcome, not rushed at all and I received warm and tailored assistance to get the right fit for my new pair of glasses. Would definitely recommend this Bailey Nelson branch to any glasses wearer needing a new set.

I’m so happy with the service I received! I needed my glasses urgently before an upcoming trip, and they were ready much faster than expected. Will be coming back here for my next eye test even though I'm moving to another area.The shop assistants were friendly and helpful, and the optometrist, Daniel, was extremely informative. I now have a better understanding of my eye condition, despite having had it my whole life. I also feel like I could go back with questions if I feel like something isn't right with my prescription as the expected impact of my current prescription (versus other strength options) was very clearly explained to me and the treatment approach felt very collaborative. Also very grateful to Oscar Wylee having a "petite" size range. I now finally have glasses that look nice on me. A great experience!

The Albert Street Oscar Wylee store is fantastic. The Optomitrist was excellent and also recommended a remedy for a dry eye problem. The assistant was also fantastic! Eliminating glasses that didn’t suit my face shape making the entire process easy and seamless. I would highly recommend the staff at the Albert Street Brisbane store.

Had an eye test done here. Very quick, efficient and professional. Respected my time. No hard sales pressure after the test to make an expensive purchase. Would use them again.
