Dr Matthew Worthington is by far the most innovative psychologist I've come across - or any professional for that matter. For me personally, he has changed the way I perceive my own personal and business life and in doing so, has given me incredibly valuable insight to manage the exact same situations I would otherwise mismanage or cave to pressure/anxiety or depression. I am in this environment where I feel comfortable and completely immersed into his strategies and logic. Matthew simply is down to earth and authentic. I highly recommend Matthew to literally anybody, I know you will be able to gain some valuable resources to help tackle the issues you are facing.

I would recommend Dr. Matthew Worthington to anyone trying to find a good psychologist. I have visited other psychologists in the past and none of them can compare to Matthew. I felt that I made more progress Matthew by the third session than I had with all twelve sessions from the previous therapist. He was very quickly able to identify the underlying issues of my situation and help me understand them in a way that felt friendly and non-judgmental. He also seems to genuinely love what he does, always engaged with each session. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Janice! She helped me in a pivotal time in my life and allowed me to work through traumatic memories through EMDR. She is highly skilled and intuitive, she asks the right questions and I had many ‘ah ha’ moments I could not have worked out alone.
