Lucas and myself love to come to Paediatric Potentials Occupational Therapy, from the moment you arrived everyone is welcoming, the atmosphere and the staff is just amazing. Lucas who has Down syndrome and is 2 years old loves Ann and everyone’s loves him ??, I can see lots of improvement since we started, if I have any questions or doubts Ann or the stuff are always willing to help. Gabby and James are just amazing, they are always supportive and always with a big smile. Karen is also great and always caring. Honestly I would really recommend this place for anyone looking for an Occupational Therapist.

My kids have been receiving occupational therapy with Paediatric Potentials for 4 years and during this time I have found all the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and great with communication. My kids have grown and learnt new skills through the continued support and I would recommend anyone Needing OT for their children to check them out, you will not be disappointed.

My family has worked with Gabby & her team at Paediatric Potentials for over 8 years. We loved Gabby from day one, she listened, she cared and made a massive impact in our eldest son’s life. We have also worked with and dealt with other members of her team and have always felt supported and heard.

As a teacher, I have greatly appreciated Jewel's ongoing support with advice and strategies. I have implemented many strategies in my classroom for emotional, social and behavioural support thanks to the insight that Jewel brings.

Kay Morrison is an excellent physiotherapist. We had full confidence in Kay right from her first visit. Kay has a friendly and pleasant manner, and she was very gentle and considerate when handling my knee for massaging or testing my progress. I will happily give Kay full marks, 10 out of 10,for her treatment and advice which helped me to an excellent recovery. I would also like to thank Tim at the office for all his help to set up my rehab through NIB. All round I had a very pleasant experience with Better Rehab.

We are very happy with how quickly an OT was found to work with us. Lauren sees both my children and we couldn't be happier with her professional yet warm approach. She obviously really cares about her clients and their needs.

I had Ashlee the OTCome to see me yesterday. She was very thorough and thoughtful, offering options and solutions to my many problems. I’m also going to see a physiotherapist through them. Recommend them highly.
