Fantastic location, apartments were very clean, and beds were comfortable. Around a week later I realised that I had left my headphones in the apartment - they went above and beyond in getting them back to me even when it was my oversight. Next trip to Rockhampton, will definitely stay there again.

Excellent clean neat appartments with security cameras and gates. Comfortable place to stay that doesn't cost much.

Fairly spacious but a little dated inside. Has what you need and good close location to CBD. Clean and comfortable close to everything definitely stay again.

I have stayed at the Rockhampton service departments six times now the managers are very helpful. The cleaning staff are great. And the rooms are very clean. The two things I look for when I’m looking for accommodation is good water pressure and a comfortable bed The Rocky service Apartments covers both of those The managers are so helpful. I’ve arrived early once the room was clean and they let Me checking three hours early.

Very Clean, beds are Comfortable. Service was excellent. We needed to get into our room early as we had my elderly Father with us. I rang them in the morning and they rang back as soon as our room was ready.

The room was clean and spacious. The facilities were up to date. The staff were courteous and the management went out of their way to make sure my stay was satisfactory. I will be coming back when in Rokchampton again.

I was so impressed of the Welcome Home Motel and its staff. I was made to fell so welcome from the booking over the phone to traveling over 10 hours to get there.The rooms are at a high standard, nicely painted ..all newly linnin..with extra pillows...all high quality furniture with a great BIG flat screen TV. The room had a great big bar fridge with ample tea and coffee area and all the appliances you will need .The bathroom had no mould and the whole room smelt fresh not that musty moldy smell you sometimes get in similar 4 star motels. Outside is very appealing - pained and good quality with a excellent pool . Please give these guys a call first , l guarantee you wont be disappointed. It certainly is a Welcome Home Motel.

Did have cheap rooms at $85 a night but they were all sold out so had to pay $150.00 had a lovely warm shower n a good comfy bed. That is all i really wanted, so i didn't mind paying the extra. The owner rang me a taxi n helped me upstairs to my room as i had a very sore leg. He was so nice thankyou.

passing through Rockhampton we stayed 1night at this motel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and come with everything thats needed. The hotel is on the main street within walking distance from everything.
