Sue is amazingly knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. My husband was a passenger in a Head On vehicle crash while at work and sustained significant injuries that will require him to spend many months in bed. She went out of her way to accommodate the urgency of my request on a Sunday morning and took the time to explain the features and benefits of several beds and walked me through the differences of each of the mattresses I tried. She made the whole process super easy. I will be telling all my friends about the bed I bought and the service I received.

Sue was fantastic at Sleepys. She was so helpful in helping us decide which mattress to purchase. She was also such a character which made us feel more at ease trying to decide. I would recommend Sleepys Rockhampton to everyone.

Went in to the store to have a look at what was available in queen sized beds. Young salesman (Ron I think his name was) came over and listened to what I was looking for and offered several options. The prices were good and his general knowledge was pretty good too, there were one or two things he didn't know off the top of his head so he went away and found out instead of making a wild guess. He gave me a printed quote with all the info I needed about what I was looking at and told me to take my time deciding on what I wanted to do. So far I haven't been able to get back to the store to make a purchase, but I will only be dealing with Ron when I do.

Michelle was one of the best sales-people my husband and I have ever experienced. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional without being 'pushy'. She went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I found a quality mattress that suited us both. We ended up getting a whole new suite, linen and bedside tables as the sale was so great! I will be recommending OMF Rocky to all of my family and friends! The fact that's it's an Aussie owned company who makes their own mattress was a big bonus! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The girls at the store are always so friendly & helpful. They took time to ensure you are getting the best mattress and and put up with all my visits while I was making my decision on my bedroom suite. They really know their stuff, I was impressed with all their knowledge. Best experience ever and the price was pretty good too. I have never slept better and the delivery guys even put the bed together for me.

We attended Snooze Rockhampton over the weekend and were assisted by Peter in store. We had a great experience and were able to select and order our new mattress on the day. Peter took the time to go over both my husband's and my preferences to ensure we were selecting the best mattress for us.
