"Thank you to the delightful carers & staff at Benevolent, we had a lovely Christmas with Mum / Vi yesterday. We were welcomed by all & loved the festive atmosphere. This was the first year Mum was unable to come out for Christmas but she loved having her family with her on this very important day. Blessings to you all & thank you for the wonderful care of our precious Mum.

Always found Benevolent as professional and very focused on the living comfort of thier residents and the happiness of thier staff who enjoy working to maintain the comfort of the residents.

Benevolent Aged Care is a wonderful facility. They make you feel welcome when you visit and look after their residents so well.

Very happy with the care given to my parents here. Sadly my dad passed away last year, but Mum is still very happy and feeling secure and looked after. Yes, there are some staff shortages, but in this day and age, that is going to happen. Concerns are listened to and staff are caring. Very satisfied with the facility!

Management and staff do a fantastic job looking after my mother who has dementia. Highly recommend this service for elderly care.The staff were all lovely, we arrived after hrs and were still able to visit our aunty. We were so grateful for that. It is a beautiful little hide away.
