I had an issue with my bracelet and a bead... replaced on the spot and made me feel amazing... never ever buying else where.... can't wait for my next visit.... keep up the good work ladies... I am still speachless at the out standing service and attention I was given... thankyou all.

The girls at Pandora Rockhampton are the most helpful polite and knowledgeable ladies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I love my pandora jewellery and the extended service would have to be one of the best. Cleaning / replacement is not a drama. I wish more retail outlets shared Pandora’s values . Keep up the great work.

Such beautiful helpful ladies at this store always happy to help and assist with anything, my daughter has had a ring replaced there twice when a Stone kept falling out and there's never been any problems.
