Lovely accommodation and extremely close to the theatre we were going to. The guy at the front counter, sorry, I forgot your name - was fantastic. Great service and sense of humour.

So nice to have welcoming staff in reception that always make conversation with you. The location is perfect, close to shops and food and the ambience of the river right on your doorstep. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern and I loved the office desk which made it easy to work from the room.

The Quest has absolutely beautiful apartments. The staff are super friendly from the maintenance man to the desk people. They cater to people with disabilities, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly cleaned. Will definitely stay there again, if we get the chance to.

THE CRITERION HOTEL MOTEL REVIEWS

On arrival, we were greeted with Donna at reception. She promptly checked us in and explained all we needed to know. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, spa bath, shower, AC, outside deck, large TV with multiple options to view whatever you fancy. A colleague and I spent a few hours downstairs at The Bush Inn Bar & Grill Steak House for a few bears before having dinner. The atmosphere, service, and experience were impressive. Overall, our stay at the Criterion Hotel Motel was an excellent choice. Highly recommend this for business, couples, or those who want to explore the Rocky region. We only stayed the one night. However, it would be easy to stay several.

Lovely hotel. The steaks were tough, dry and undersized. Rockhampton is meant to be the steak capital of Australia but this place left me disappointed.

I've stayed at Hampton Villa several times once in the middle of renovations. AJ the owner has always been a great host as have his team. I always feel safe. It's clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very genuine, accommodating and hospitable staff. Obviously a family run buisness which always shows. The rooms were spacious with modern styling and recently renovated.

I would highly recommend staying here. The management are very professional, caring and went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
