Stephen Coon from MLA designed & managed the construction of our new family home which was completed in 2022. It was a long journey to plan & build a new house but with the support of Stephen & the MLA team, we now have a beautiful light-filled, very comfortable, modern family home. The end result is fantastic and we’re extremely happy. Stephen was easy to deal with, made great suggestions, and listened to our needs.

We are delighted with our now completed home renovations. Stephen Coon was at all times courteous, helpful and available to answer our questions. His attention to detail at every stage from the concept designs, the planning stages, materials and selection of the builder were beneficial in assisting us with decision making and a great outcome. We engaged Lauran and her team to guide us through our ideas and help redesign our current house to our forever home. After we finalised our design, Lauran completed all plans and drawings, had engineering reports done and covered all aspects to seek approval for us to undertake a major renovation. As part of the process, Lauran arranged for several builders to bid on our project. We were able to find a builder that suited our project for quality, craftmanship and equally important, the cost that supported us to achieve our design. Lauran and her team are very professional, knowledgeable and engaged. They listened and guided us the whole way through the process to now having construction under way. We would recommend Lauran without any hesitation, she is "The right architect" to help you achieve your home goals.

We were initially drawn to the B+B practice as we loved how their works were unpretentious and achieved a carefully resolved response to the site. We have worked with the B+B team twice over the 10 years and both times have been an absolute pleasure.
