3 Best Yoga Studios in Newcastle NSW

This is my Yoga Space! I have practiced yoga in a lot of different studios around the world and Yoga Body Works has such a great feel and such amazing talented teachers! Of all the fantastic teachers...Steph is so amazing...do yourself a favour and do one of her classes...so down to earth and authentic! Michael and Archie are also great and Dana is so good as well. I love this studio and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone living in or visiting Newcastle.

I have tried a few yoga studios in Newcastle and this one is the best by far. Steph, Bob and Dana are so personable, helpful and informative. I am in recovery from some injuries and found these staff to be incredibly accommodating and at hands for any advice and help. Highly recommend coming here if you are wanting a nice atmosphere with welcoming teachers.

Attended two classes so far. One hot power yoga and one slow flow yin. Both were fantastic! The teachers were lovely, and the layout of the place is great! Definitely going to be my regular studio.

Infuse Health is brilliant in every respect. The space is beautiful and purpose built but it is the people that really make this place what it is. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed into a community that is built on warmth and respect. I never made it into the movement classes as I loved the yoga classes so much. As an Iyengar teacher I now the rigour that Iyengar teachers go through to train. Julie and Rachel are not only highly knowledgeable and expert teachers who can cater for multiple capabilities within one class but they are also genuinely beautiful people. Whether you are looking to start yoga for the first time or an experienced practitioner this is the place, or you are just wanting to get some movement into your life you will be gently guided and encouraged. I highly recommend.

Such a beautiful community vibe at Infuse Health. Everyone is so inviting and friendly. The yoga instruction is at such a high level and caters for beginners to notice in all classes. The modifications made the yoga instructors are so supportive and welcoming. I’d highly recommend to people of all ages.

A beautiful welcoming studio! All the instructors offer something different and are encouraging and supportive. I thoroughly enjoy the variety and use of props in the yoga classes. I would highly recommend the yoga foundation classes for anyone wanting to get started with their yoga journey or even those experienced that want to practice and improve their form.

Hamilton Yoga and David are simply outstanding. David’s ability to break down each pose ensures that both beginners and more experienced practitioners always find room for growth and improvement. His teaching makes everything feel accessible and memorable, which is such a gift. The studio itself is spacious, well-designed, and always impeccably clean—an environment that truly supports your practice. For those seeking a deeper challenge, David’s intensives are a fantastic way to push your limits and continue evolving. I’m incredibly grateful to have David as both a teacher and a friend. I’m always curious about what new insights and challenges he’ll bring to each class.

As a runner for rha last 15 years and having attended various gyms around Newcastle, I can highly recommend Hamilton yoga if you wish to stretch every muscle in your body and rejuvenate. I have beem impressed by David our yoga guru with his knowledge of sanskrit and attention to details of Iyengar yoga. He makes you learn complex moves easily and is very supportive. I feel as a surgeon that yoga transforms our body and if you wish to learn yoga there is no better place than Hamilton yoga.
