Was there this morning and found the receptionist very pleasant and welcoming. The hearing test was carried out professionally and the system was explained in easy to understand English by Charlotte. All in all, a very efficient and professional experience.

The service was professional, thorough, took his time to explain the tests and the implications of the results. He took his time to answer all our questions and explained quite technical information in an understandable way. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff. Not rushed, happy to answer questions. Love the rechargeable hearing aids and Roger Select that I purchased. Good information. Very happy now that I have them, especially with hearing anyone wearing a mask.

Grant at Australian hearing at Erina is absolutely brilliant. He is extremely kind caring and helpful. The girls at reception are all really sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone that has hearing problems.

From the moment you walk in Chantelle is so happy and welcoming. Her phone manner is impecable, very professional, nothing is too much trouble. Helen is also amazing, they have both been so accommodating and so helpful. Helen sorted me out with the correct hearing aid (thank you) Helen is very warm and friendly and couldnt do enough for me.
