Diana is a caring and professional naturopath, with a wealth of knowledge. She works with you (and any medications you may be on) to provide a holistic approach to your health. She has helped me with muscle pain, my poor sleep and overall nervous system support. As a busy mum who is also a teacher, and also in perimenopause I needed all the help I could get! lol. My neck pain is mostly gone and overall I feel much better.

If you’re looking for a Naturopath & Nutritionist I couldn’t recommend Diana enough. Diana has provided me with so much information to improve my overall health and wellbeing. Diana is very knowledgeable and always provides practical guidelines and is always realistic in her approach.

I am fortunate that Joanna has been my naturopath for 15 years. She is knowledgeable, professional and so very kind and caring. Her massages are soothing and she has healed my muscles numerous times. I recommend seeing Joanna whether it’s for health or supplement advice or for one of her amazing massages. I developed an acute tricep injury and sought Brett for his dry needling expertise. I cannot believe how I feel! After one session I have NO pain. Brilliant. I now enjoy my surf and tennis and do not have to apply anti inflammatory creams, take extra supplements or cease playing tennis. Thank you Joanna and Brett.

I recently had a dry needling treatment from Brett and would highly recommend him. The treatment relieved a significant amount of tightness in my piriformis which has allowed me to get through pre-season without any annoying niggles. Brett's knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and accuracy in finding and manipulating tightness in muscles has filled me with confidence in his ability and I'll definitely be returning for another treatment.
