Went to 6S with an issue with my neck and Bruno has been working on my neck and shoulders to gain full movement again. He's been great. I am gaining greater movement but still a WIP. The multiple knots in the shoulders are slowly disappearing. Highly recommend these guys.

They managed to see me the same day due to a cancellation. Attended to by Kaylen ( hope I spelt his name correctly). Thoroughly impressed Would highly recommend.

I have being expertly treated by Physio Geoff after spinal surgery. He has been instrumental in my recovery, providing ongoing assessment of progress, appropriate exercises, advice and empathy. He is very medically knowledgeable and is well connected with other medical professionals and in fact provided the recommendation of the surgeon I used. Geoff’s care includes updating my GP and surgeon on progress. Excellent service.

I am currently having treatment for a chronically bad back. Gladly, the well considered exercises nominated for me are improving the pain level and I can now see light at the end of my long term pain tunnel. I now need to consistently keep to the prescribed stretching and strengthening routine but happily I now have weekly improvements.

Geoff is an excellent physio and he really helped me improve strength again ,after I tore my meniscus. I highly recommend my physio Geoff Wilson at Coast Sports , Mariners Buiding,Tuggerah.

Peter and the team are amazing. They are so professional and accommodating and Peter has to be the best physio I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot for various problems!). I've also seen Ben and he is great too. The ladies on the front desk are absolute gems. You couldn't ask for better team. I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Today I was looking for a remedial massage and they were able to fit me in very short notice. Very friendly staff and amazing work. Highly recommend. Thank you, guys!
