I was in the store today for eye test and to choose new reading glasses and prescription sunglasses. As usual, the whole experience was quite enjoyable. I just walked in off the street and they pretty much fitted me straight in which was great! The management and staff are always friendly, respectful and always willing to help you through the whole process. They get the best deal they can for me every year when I replace my glasses through my health insurance extras cover. A sense of humor goes a long way these days and the staff here are very friendly, approachable and they aren't afraid to have a laugh and that puts people at ease, especially when it comes to doing something that they might be a little uneasy about, like getting an eye test. Thanks for looking after me and making me feel valued as usual.

I called into Specsavers without an appointment for an eye problem. Even though I hadn't made an appointment they did go out of their way, and gave me the required eye tests as well as ringing through a referral to an eye surgeon. Very Happy with them.

I have been to many different optometry stores over the years, and today was my first time in Specsavers at Gosford Imperial Centre. Far and away the best experience I have had and could not praise the staff enough. Thank you.

If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. All the staff were knowledgable and helpful, from seeing that I was on crutches and running to open the door for me to helping me to my car in he rain if needed. The eye exam is the most thorough I have had in years. Unlike other mainstream places I "should have gone to" here you do not feel rushed and like you are being pushed through a production line. It had an old style caring professional approach you just don't see anymore. I will be back.

Absolutely excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough. They're very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. They truly care about your eye health. There's no high pressure glasses selling tactics like chain opticians. They will help you get the right products for your needs. They sell very high quality glasses. Fantastic service!

I've been dealing with OPSM for a long time and feel that the Tuggerah shop provides superior service in optometry, prescription dispensing and they also offer a great selection of frames. I also had a consultation with a caring and thorough optometrist who immediately acted to refer me ophthalmologist for suspected cataracts.

Eye examination and glasses frame purchase afterwards was a great experience due to their helpfulness and knowledge. The team were really great especially Mandy and Misty. Keep up the good work guys.
