3 Best Australian Restaurants in Hervey Bay QLD

We had breakfast on the deck of the marina and had a beautiful cup of coffee to start and the staff were attentive and friendly. I had eggs Benny and my wife had smashed avo and poached eggs, mushrooms , both meals were on point eggs cooked perfectly and just the perfect serving size . The view and sound of the boats on the water was so relaxing.

Had tapas lunch with my partner. We absolutely loved it. Food and drinks were delicious and they were plated beautifully. They came out quick, service was good, price is on cheaper/affordable side (in our opinion) and view is stunning! Love the ambience ! 10/10 will definitely go back, maybe for dinner next time!

We visited on Sunday night, the first night of their new Asian menu. The food was so good that we forgot to take photos, just only two of these photos. We were too eager to start eating! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We’ll be back to try more of the menu!

While on holidays in the bay we came for breakfast each morning,Perfectly located on the esplanade, each day we recieved great friendly service with a really good flavoured coffee and food of good portion sizes, we could not fault the food or atmosphere, we had pancakes poached eggs on sour dough with bacon, rasin toast and crossiant with ham & cheese flat whites served the way a flat white should be no throth, we will be back on our next stay in the bay highly recomend .

We dined in for brunch. What a treat! Coffee’s and hot chocolates came out quickly and our meals came promptly after. Great size, delicious and faultless meal's. Highly recommend the sweet potato rosti’s - they are incredibly tasty. Staff are super friendly, bubbly and on the ball. Love the added peek through to the kitchen - so nice to see happy chefs working away in the kitchen. Was a perfect brunch location. Highly recommend Eat In The Bay.

Very nice, clean cafe. Standard pricing for food, a little bit pricier for the smoothies but still nice. Food is amazing and worth the price, the chef know how to get just the right flavours flowing. His house made beans are amazing. Staff are friendly and fast. Highly recommend this Cafe for a great breakfast.

Loved my lunch, had the seafood platter for two which contained the best cooked bugs we have ever had. Watching the tide come in was spectacular and despite there being a very cool breeze the wonderful blankets wrapped around our shoulders made us cosy and still free to sit outside and look out at the spectacular view. Just wonderful I will be back again.

We celebrated my Mothers 94th Birthday with Lunch at this fabulous restaurant today. The food was amazing, the service wonderful and the venue location fantastic overlooking the ocean. I must mention the prices were extremely reasonable and value for money. We have eaten at other places in HB and this was the best. Great for luxury lunch, easy casual Lunch or morning/afternoon tea. Breakfast great also. We will be back!!!

My sister, our Cousin and his wife and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this beautiful restaurant. Josh was the epitome of prompt and friendly service, bringing a bottle of water and glasses to our table after greeting us. Our drinks were of a high standard, and our meals were delivered in a timely manner. It was my Sister's first time here, and she was suitably impressed. We are guaranteed to return again. Oh, I must say that the views are breathtaking.
