My husband and I went to this little gem in Hervey Bay to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we so glad we did it! For entree, I had Baby Lobster Mornay and my hubby has Garlic Prawns a La Crème, which were delicious!! Then for dinner my hubby had Fillet Mignon and I had the Duckling Mandarine, both dishes were superb! We ordered also a French wine, which complemented our meal very well. And the cherry on top was the amazing sweet treat that we got to finish our dining experience (courtesy from the owners for our wedding anniversary celebration)! This restaurant is small and cosy, perfect for couples, where you can have a romantic dinner and not having other tables listening to your conversations! The waitress was very helpful and friendly! You won’t be disappointed!

Magnifique! We’ve dined here several times & thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful evening. Meals are cooked masterfully by Christian; evidence of his love for creating delicious food. A great selection of wines are on offer too. Liberty’s wonderful artwork & attentiveness ensures a delightful dining experience. We always look forward to coming back. To avoid missing out, ensure you book ahead.

Wow what an experience. We had escargot and salmon trout terrine for entree. For mains we had Beef Roularde and Mignon Rossini. The pictures speak for themselves. Food was very well presented, very tasty and hot. Exceeded our expectations. Service was excellent.

This restaurant was located ground floor of our accommodation. What a great surprise with a traditional French style meals. We had a breakfast, lunch with friends and dinner twice. All delicious served by the owner because staff is hard to get. So he does it all with a friendly smile.

Chef’s a legend. Makes a fantastic carbonara & marinara sauce & the pasta’s very decent. Tonight will be the Amatriciana!
