I had repairs done on my vehicle. It was returned to me clean and the work was well done. I noticed one of my mirrors had an issue. There was a noise coming from it that was not there before and it could no longer be folded in and out. I took it back to be inspected and was told they would be in touch to see what they can do as soon as possible. The next day, I received a text message saying they had ordered a replacement mirror and would be in touch when it was time to come in and have it fitted. I called to confirm what this meant. They confirmed they would complete the replacement at no cost to me. This was an unfortunate situation with a kind, easily managed outcome. Thank you Pialba Smash Repairs. Highly recommend!.
