Troy was an amazing help when I came in to buy a new mattress. He guided me to the different firmness types, then other options such as cooling to consider. He wasn't pushy and left me to make up my own mind (I had no idea what I wanted). He came back at different times to check on me and answer my questions. I am so happy with my purchase and can't wait to try it. I am very happy with his level of professionalism and service. The store was clean and everything was laid out in an organised fashion. We came into the OMF Hervey Bay store and were served by Anna.D, we were looking for a new mattress for our daughter. Anna was very helpful and showed us the different types of mattresses, making us test each one and explaining the pros and cons of each type. We were happy with our choice and amazed by the level of care and service Anna provided. Would definitely recommend this store if you're looking for a new mattress and a great shopping experience.

My partner and I went to OMF Hervey Bay looking for a new mattress and we were greeted by Anna who talked us the importance of choosing the right mattress and bed frame. Anna is very helpful and is the kind of person you want to deal with when going into a store. We did have some issues with one of the purchases but Chloe and Anna at OMF were very proactive, helpful, accommodating and professional. Although everything didn't work out the way we hoped, I couldn't recommend a better team.
