Excellent location with Marina views. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well supplied in amenities. Helpful staff. Convenient facilities. Clean. Lots of good restaurants downstairs. Easy access to whale cruises in the same Marina.

Very nice room with a gorgeous view. A little lacking on service. Self contained though so it was all good. Very comfortable bed. Parking onsite - not allocated per room- but always found one.

The room was lovely & we had a stunning view. Also we had every appliance you could need, right down to a washing machine & dryer. Bed was perfect & the set out and spa. It was also very quiet & there is secured parking BUT they need a few more in this area, otherwise all is perfect.

I visit Hervey Bay often and this is always my favorite place to stay. Reception Service is wonderful every time. Rooms are always cleaned to a high standard. We needed a small maintenance issue fixed, maintenance man was prompt and friendly. The cleaner that came to refresh our room was very polite and friendly also. Nothing is ever too hard if I need additional assistance. The beach is directly across the road which makes for a lovely walk each day also. Enjoy your stay!

This is absolutely the cleanest Motel room I’ve ever been in. The location is great, the pool was amazing (Don’t miss the little red button near the Western Gate that turns the bubbles in the shelf on) Staff were friendly. Other guests were considerate. Exceeded expectations in every way.

Really nice motel right on the Esplanade and across the road to the beach. Rooms are very clean if a little dated. Each room has full kitchen and a Android tv. Don't forget to log your Netflix out of the Tv! Bbq and pool in the complex. Plenty of parking too.

First time staying at the Oaks. We loved it so much, this will be our new getaway place. I work in a resort that cost a heck of a lot more than the Oaks charge, but I was wowed the minute we walked in. Checkin experience was easy and the lady was lovely and helpful. 180° views from the walkways, on the way to our room. The kitchen was modern, the Asian inspired sliding bedroom doors, the extra little study room for our luggage, all the little finishing touches, the beautiful outdoor setting on the patio looking out over the pool and a beautiful view of the water. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while being away from home. Loved that we could just walk downstairs for dinner, then breakfast in the morning. Thankyou. Will be back soon.

Right at the foot of the Urangan pier, the beach, a walking track, downstairs restaurant and trivia on Sunday nights = amazing location. The rooms were really comfortable and well appointed with functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer too. Will definitely go back.

Such a beautiful, relaxing holiday. Wonderful, friendly staff. I highly recommend Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. It was a truly lovely experience.
