I didn’t end up using the team for the issue I was having, but Brendan was incredibly helpful while meeting me at the front desk regardless. He was friendly, providing me with multiple solutions and suggestions, and was every bit the professional in not making me feel silly or uneducated in asking my questions. I would absolutely recommend Bradnam’s to anyone based off this interaction today!

With all the "news" regarding the lack of trades and poor service across Australia, and having just moved to Hervey Bay we were very pleasantly surprised by the high quality service received from initial phone contact, to quote, to installation by this company. Not to mention their quote was way the best of three! In particular, our "install guy" (Matthew J) was a credit to the company - on time, great installation of several crim-safe doors / window screens, personable & professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after.

G James Glass Hervey Bay did a great job of installing a Crimsafe screen door for me. It only took two weeks from my initial enquiry call to installation. Daryl did an excellent job of the measure and quote and Matt and Ben did a professional job of the installation. I am very impressed with the professionalism, and speed of service on a job well done.
