Brendon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my friend and I try a variety of e-bikes, and I purchased my e-bike reassured that I made a good purchase. I did have to get my bike delivered, but I reckon even the delivery was good value. The 99 Bikes employee that delivered my bike went through all the controls with me, gave me a lot of helpful advice, and was very professional. I would highly recommend 99 Bikes Marion.

I originally purchased my road bike from Bicycle Express in 2015 and have taken it back semi annually for regular maintenance. Recently I took my bike in for a service and the team discovered a small crack in a critical component which was covered by the manufacturers warranty. Initially I was worried that this would be a drawn out and frustrating experience to navigate the manufacturers warranty process, however Aaron at Bicycle Express was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and often initiated contact with me before I felt the need to check in on the progress. I highly recommend Bicycle Express to anyone wanting fantastic responsive service.

Dealing with Dirk at Bike Society was a pleasure. Always quick to respond and with a great helpful and friendly attitude. I purchased the shop demo Crux, at a great price, on a Friday, it was serviced, packed and with me the following Thursday (in Perth). Bike was well packed and easy to put together. All in all a pleasurable experience. Already done my first event on the Crux, I love it.

Great service from Dirk who helped source my wheels quickly and ensured the correct hub was fitted. The Control carbon wheelset is fantastic and has completely changed my bikes responsiveness and handling. Turned it in to a whip.
