I get both my boys' haircuts at Hair by Rebecca. We always ask for Gemma. She is the absolute best. She's patient and kind and very thoughtful. My oldest (3 years old) has very strong sensory preferences and used to hate getting his haircut but ever since we met Gemma, he always looks forward to haircuts. She has consistently been mindful of my son's needs when having his haircut and adjusts her approach accordingly. Such a gem!

I walked in wanting braids but not knowing exactly how I wanted it to look like. Gemma - being the absolute gem of a person she is made me feel so comfortable and was very patient with my not knowing exactly what I was after and gave me the most perfect outcome. She is such an amazing person and I'm sure I will be back for more!

A huge thank you to rebecca and her team you guys are amazing. My 2 and half year old screams murder when he gets his haircut. We have been to numerous hair dressers but have been turned away and put in the too hard basket. got his hair done today at the show…. he still cried BUT rebecca cut his hair. you guys are awesome!

Another visit to get my hair done for a black tie event. I was wearing a sleek style dress and got a matching hair style. Loved the braids and the one shoulder look. The style also really suited the wet weather of the day and stood up to the humidity which usually makes my hair frizz like crazy. The style even lasted another day , looking neat and tidy the next morning. Thank you again. Booked an appointment to get my hair done for an event. They were on time, were accurate in the estimate of how long it would take, did a great job creating a lovely hairdo for the evening which lasted well until i turned into a pumpkin. Definitely will want to return when next staying in the CBD for a special event.

I walked in and was seen by David, now I’d been sleeping in a tent for the last week so I wasn’t looking my best, plus I’d done a lovely blue wash on freshly bleached blonde hair, so if you can picture my blue birds nest after a haircut, treatment, blow dry by the lovely Portuguese lady, I was looking like a princess and I’m no princess lol… if I ever revisit Adelaide, I’d definitely come back for my hair treatment.

Alex and the team always provide their clients with the highest quality experience at Fon Salon. I always look forward to my hair appointment at Fon and have been getting my hair done at the salon for many years. I always get compliments on my style and blonde colour. The team take extra care to understand what I want to achieve each visit and they are so down to earth and on point with trends and details. The salon is such an amazing vibe , I always feel like part of the family when I visit and if I don’t feel like talking that’s fine too! The coffee and wine is a nice touch. You’ll always leave Fon happy with the experience and glossy luscious hair!

Zoe and the team did such an amazing job with my hair for my wedding, yup the groom got his hair done, and damn was it worth it. So many compliments on the day. Fly aways was a big concern for me, and I don’t remember having a single one. Even a few days later when I let my hair down, it looked, and felt amazing. Not sure what magic they weaved, but my hair felt lighter even. Thank you Zoe, you are amazing.

Fon Hair has to be the best hair salon in Adelaide if not Australia and Zoe my hair dresser has to be the best hairstylist in the whole world. I get my hair cut every couple of months and always leave feeling extremely happy. Please forgive the pun but it’s always a “Fontastic’ experience!!! I love them!
