Cannot recommend BMC highly enough if you are looking for a new bike/upgrade your current bike. Scott and Robyn took the time to listen to my reasons for getting the bike, gave me various options to purchase. No pressure. not trying to up sell. Purchased a new bike from BMC and again pick up process was seamless. A++ for customer service.

Paul and Megan are fantastic and would recommend them for all you cycling needs. Having a local Specialized dealer is a bonus for me. They look after both my road and MTB and I always get great customer service and a professional service and quick turnaround for my bikes.

Scott and Robyn are accommodating and helpful. My bikes are always ready the same day when I put them in for service. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere and a great selection of quality products.

Did not buy my hardtail MTB from them, but have gone above and beyond to help upgrade it and keep it within my budget! So stoked with the new pedals, bars, grips, seat and dropper post!
