Bomaderry Creek Regional Park is a stunning bushland oasis, just a brief detour from the Princes Highway between Bomaderry and North Nowra. The park's highlight is the beautiful Bomaderry Creek Gorge, offering a peaceful retreat from the fast pace of everyday life. A short walk takes you through cool forests, past towering sandstone cliffs, scattered boulders, the soothing sound of flowing water, and vibrant wildflowers in spring. The Aboriginal rainbow serpent mural in the picnic area is a hit with kids. As a regional park, it's also dog-friendly, just be sure to keep your dog on a leash during your visit.

John Berry Reserve's playground area has undergone a dramatic transformation, evolving from a simple swing set to a fully modernised, state-of-the-art play space. John Berry Reserve Design and Construction teams worked to create a unique, challenging, and cohesive play area for the Bomaderry community as part of a series of playground upgrades across the Shoalhaven Council area. To ensure the new facility meets the needs of both the current and future Bomaderry community, the Council would like to hear from you. They are interested in how you currently use the reserve and what types of playground equipment you’d like to see in the updated space.
