.Fantastic service and personal attention to detail. My bike needed the front derailleur adjusted and brake pads changed. Rick was great. New exactly what needed to be done. And the bike came back nice and clean with the chain fully waxed (no service charge for this). The problem with bike stores in Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra I've used is that you often don't speak to the actual mechanic who has serviced your bike. The Fixed Wheel is different in that respect. I think I'll have to come back to Bowral regularly, just to get my bike serviced at the Fixed Wheel.

Rick and his team has been exceptional every time i have had my bike in for a service or check up. my bike is always done very quickly and is repaired or serviced with quality parts, lube, sealant and grease. customer service is also great, anything you ask for is instantly followed up on or you are helped with your problem ASAP.

I’ve purchased three bikes over the past couple of years and have been very pleased with the advise and service that I’ve received. Also tips on how to care and look after the bikes , well done to Rick and Nick, see you again.

Took my bike in for a quick once over - explained my issue and gave a generic "just a quick check over" comment. Within a day my bike was back to me with everything fixed and running mechanically A1 - even fixed my wheel which I forgot to mention and likely saved me 100's of $ down the track. All of this for astoundingly reasonable pricing, especially for "the highlands". Couldn't recommend enough.

Pete very kindly fixed up my bike at short notice and saved a weekend visit of riding in the Highlands that would have otherwise been sabotaged - much appreciated! Highly recommend.

I have never had anything other than fantastic service from Pete! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. My bike always rides amazingly after he services it and the price is excellent.
