Bought a New Giant Mountain Bike here last week. Very happy with the Service, the Price and the honesty on what i had chosen. The owner was helpful in making my choice without the hard sell, for a bike that suited my needs and my budget. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Al spent a lot of time with us explaining various bikes to tailor my riding style. Very knowledgeable team with fantastic prices. No matter your level of riding experience, the Ventoux Cycles team will help you pick the right gear.

Great bike shop. Got my bike here and I got it at a good price. Very nice and friendly staff as well as great place to get a bike. Customised my bike to fit me better.

Hands down the best bike store in Coffs Harbour. They are so knowledgeable and reliable. Tao even managed to help me install a connector for my ebike to attach a chariot for the kids. Nothing is a problem. Very efficient and friendly service. We will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I recently purchased a Trek Marlin 6 that I am very happy with. The team provided an excellent service, they're knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. If in the future I choose to upgrade to a new bike, Bob Wallis will be my first stop.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff, my son is stoked with the service and repairs to his Trek Marlin 4, claims it's a whole new bike. You guys have done a wonderful job at a very reasonable price, much appreciated.

So this is a while ago, keep in mind I didn't have any business personally here, thought I reckon share a something cool, these guys had a litter of stray kittens at the back of the store behind the hose and under the green shed, there was one momma cat and her two kittens, we took the kittens in and these guys took momma, believe she was their shop cat for a little while, I wonder if she's still around, PS, I used to take the shortcut through the back of the store to the front through a very narrow path inbetween the buildings, it saved in time to get to Woolworths alot, probably tripped the light sensor a million times XD.

Dropped in a bicycle yesterday with broken gears Could not ask for better service, quick turn around time, and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend this shop and its management/owners Many thanks to all. Andy Mac.
