Hiking Trails, Walking Trails, Picnic Area, Bushwalks, Rainforest Walk, Nature & Parks

The walking tracks at Bruxner Park are only a 10-minute drive from the CBD, which make them the closest rainforest walks to the Coffs Harbour city centre
The Bruxner Park Flora Reserve is within Orara East State Forest and is home to the Forest Sky Pier which allows visitors fantastic panorama views of the Coffs Coast. There are a number of bush walks through the rainforest which provides visitors with the ability to experiance the environment first hand. Only a 10 minute drive out of Coffs Harbour and well worth the visit but a word of warning just watch the roads as they are windy and narrow.

Area: 6.8 km2 (2.6 sq mi) - Beautiful palm-fringed rainforests and majestic old eucalyptus trees also provide a stunning backdrop for a range of recreational activities
Mon - Fri : 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Sat & Sun : Closed
Wonderful rain forest national park, very close to Coffs Harbour. Accessible by vehicle only. 4WD necessary for some roads through the park, though Bruxner Park Road is passable by all traffic and passes through the outskirts of the park. Stop by Vincent's Tree just beside the road, though there are equivalent or better trees throughout the park that are both alive (Vincent Tree is long dead but still standing) and equally as impressive.
