The help and support I got being a woman and having a woman help me get the right bike for me and everything I needed not knowing anything about electronic bikes the absolute best customer service the most politest people helping in every single possible way they could absolutely loved my experience And so glad I went there. Shout out to Christine for helping me with everything.

Extremely helpful! I bought an electric bike for the first time. They had a good range and were able to give me a few options for my specific requirements. Looking forward to seeing how follow up re services etc are. But I’m sure they’ll be a high standard too. I will definitely go to them first if buying another bike. Thank you for all your help.

Michael was very helpful and delivered great insight into problems I was facing with my bike and other issues. He went out of his way to educate me on methods and product knowledge. I have been to all the bike shops in Dubbo and his service and friendly inviting charisma as well as genuine care about his customers needs deserves my time to write this 5 star review. I walked out that shop twice now with a better understanding and satisfied everytime. We rarely have service like this anymore anywhere so all my business will be now at this bike shoppe. It was awesome experience, and you went out of your way to help me find answers. I'm impressed. keep up the great service michael and wife 1 very happy customer.

What an amazing experience! We’ve had huge trouble getting our toddler to wear a helmet and the owner gave us great advice and spent a lot of time with us introducing a helmet and giving us tips. Honestly can’t say how amazing it was! Thank you.

Great service and knowledge. Helped me out heaps. Come here after I went to the other bike shop in town and felt shunned there. It was like night and day. Cheers.
