3 Best Parks in Dubbo NSW

Sensory garden full of colours, textures sound and smells (but not overpowering). The Japanese Friendship garden was in full spring blossom, very well thought out picture scapes, kids loved the koi. The Grassland walk worked in contrast, and was tranquil and full of birds, with the native fish in the creek and dragonflies. A very relaxing and interesting space. Playground: Great accessible adventure playground

Wonderful park. Perfect for families of all ages. Really beautiful updated playgrounds (several scattered about) that suits all ages. Lots of seating. Lots of grass areas to run around. Best of all it has a coffee shop. Also right across from the Japanese Gardens (free entry). Highly recommend.

It's such a great playground. Lot of fun for kids. There is swing for wheelchair as well. Toilets, tables, water station. And it's just next to Botanical and Japanese Gardens. Plenty of parking. Just grab food from Orana Mall that is in 5 minutes' walk from the park and have a nice time.

We generally pull up here to eat some lunch in the shade etc... The waterpark and facilities for kids are awesome. Always kept clean n tidy and very minimal garbage. Council should be proud of themselves for this space and the joy it brings to local families.

Great Park - water play area, flying fox, playground and bbq facilities. The larger part of the playground is suited to much older kids - and I'm not even sure they would be completely safe on it - but there is another section for smaller kids regardless. Lots of trees for share and picnic tables.

Quite a nice park with clean tables and nice play ground. Nice big trees for shade, and large open grassed areas. Close to a very busy road

What a great attraction to have in Dubbo Well presentd and laid out park easy access for all ages and disabilities. Great grounds well maintained and clean. Not sure of the name but the Soldiers walk with all the Plinths and Q r codes was very informative Probably the only complaint is the Plinths and Bust of the RAAF piolt could do with a good clean regularly to keep the bird dropping of them makes it very hard to read a lot of the inscriptions and to take pictures Otherwise Two Thumbs up to Dubbo.

A great medium sized park with a great shaded playground, a skate park, a basketball court, a memorial park, roses garden and toilets. It is located adjacent to busy water leasure centre (quite noisy with music and children screaming). The playground is called livvi's place and it is very well equipped for all ages. The skate park is also quite good. We had a quick walk around the park. It has beautiful design pathways.

The park was looking lovely. It seems they have finished all the construction work. The duck pond is back open and they have put in some more seating and BBQ's.
