Lady who served me was super helpful & informative. Gave me an awesome deal on my son’s balance bike. This place believes in high quality products and doesn’t settle for average or below on their shelves. Best part - bikes are built by the experts and it was straight in my car from the shop, ready to ride.

Had the best customer service and advice by the great staff . Alicia, Debbie and Craig were helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me make a choice of e bike I needed at short notice . Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Craig and his team. A few years back this was the sixth bike shop I’d visited with my son looking for a new bike on a Saturday. We haven’t been anywhere else since.

Scott and Jess cannot do enough to help their customers, had a race on a weekend and my new tyres didn’t show up in time (my fault completely by waiting till the week of the race to get my bike to the shop). Scott got a hold of another set of tyres before the supplier had shipped mine so my bike was ready to race. Unbelievable levels of service, highly recommended 10 out of 5 stars.

Just walked out with my bike thanks to Scott & Karen. Whole staff are very friendly and helpful. Had no idea what to expect when purchasing my first bike but Karen walked me through everything making recommendations that was perfect for me at this point in time. Can’t fault them, thank you all again.

I went to this store twice to fix my tires and rusty chain - both times very good experience. I can recommend this shop for their warm attitude, fast and professional service, and very reasonable price.

Went in with my Aldi ebike for maintenance and tuning. James expertly transformed it into what handles like a completely different machine, without changing out any parts.
