I can't thank Hunter Events, especially Louise, Maddy and Jaymie, enough for their incredible support and expertise! They took care of every detail, from styling to organizing the entire wedding day, which was especially helpful since we didn’t have bridesmaids or groomsmen, plus we are based in Sydney but the venue was in Hunter Valley. Their guidance made everything seamless, and Louise even took on the role of MC, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life. They truly made our special day unforgettable!

Sarah from Hunter Event Groups was fantastic in helping us plan our wedding at La Vigna Estate. She was helpful and a very calm energy to have present in the lead up and on the day itself. The best thing I did while wedding planning was hire Alex from Wild Rose Events she is absolutely incredible!! Alex gave me the reassurance I needed when I was feeling stressed with planning. She was always there to answer a million questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and planned it down to a T. On the day of the wedding Alex was extremely attentive, she made sure the day ran smoothly and seamless. We had a fun, stress free day all thanks to Alex. We are so lucky to have had Alex as our wedding coordinator not only because our wedding day turned out perfect, because we also gained a beautiful friend. We can't recommend her highly enough and we're so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much Alex you are amazing!

We had the best day thanks to Alex and the team she organised to support our wedding. Everything on the day flowed so well - including the pack up. All the vendors recommended by Alex were excellent, and Alex ensured everything was on track throughout the day. So glad we hired her - especially as we had to reschedule our wedding date; which was sorted with no stress at our end. Highly recommend.

Even with years of free time I would never have been able to put together what Alex did in a matter of months. Our wedding day was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Sharon was our celebrant. She helped put together a memorable ceremony for two people who didn't really have any clue what they wanted out of a ceremony! She accommodated our last minute request for a rehearsal when we changed our mind days out from the wedding and had us feeling calm and prepared for the next day.
