Ultimate Cycles are incredible! They were super helpful sending me colour samples for my new disc wheel and were super patient while I decided. They explained everything thoroughly and looked after me. I am looking forward to working alongside them in the future.

Really great and knowledgeable team here who have helped me out in a tight spot on multiple occasions. A great range of mtb and emtb here, as well as more casual cruisers. They also stock lots of parts, their servicing is super affordable, and they won't take your wallet for a ride when they do it. Great experience here, would recommend to a mate. They are also local trail experts, so ask them about the trails around the Shoalhaven incl Coondoo, Superbowl, Butterfly, Mogo, Narooma mountain bike (MTB) trails.

Highly recommend, Great customer service. I had an issue with my MTB while travelling on holidays, I called into the bike shack who were only too happy to help me out straight away. They got me up and running again for the rest of my MTB riding holiday. Thanks guys.

Thanks to David. He helped me out graciously last week. He sold me a SMARTMOTION E20 last Christmas and it does much more and is way versatile than I ever imagined.

After visiting another store very close by we wandered into Nowra cycles with a bit of a deflated attitude. We were greeted by Theo, old school dude who gave us the time of day, listened to what we were asking and helped us find a solution. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was super friendly. Absolutely none of this weird attitude that some bike shop staff have. Don't let the lack of website deter you, we'll go back every time.

Incredibly friendly staff, fantastic with our kids. Came for training wheels for one of our kids and the owner gave each of them something on the way out. Would give 6+ stars if I could.

Theo helped us out yesterday when the other fancy shops next door couldn't. Very grateful and would go back to guy every time.
