The team at Wedding and Event creators are incredible. We had our wedding in Jervis Bay and WEC provided our hire service, coordinating and set up and pack-down. From the moment we started working with WEC, we knew our day was in safe hands. Vanessa was our go to person during the whole lead up to the wedding. She was so responsive, super helpful and knowledgeable with every question. On our day we had Amelia doing our set up and coordination- she was honestly a little fairy that made everything look beautiful and the plan run seamlessly. We had Dean do our pack-up and this service is a life saver. The team at WEC are amazing and our day was perfect due to their help with planning and coordinating. We are so grateful for all they did to help us along our wedding journey. We highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed.

The Wedding and event creators, Vanessa, Dean and the crew were absolutely brilliant on our special day. Communication with them was fantastic and they set up the ceremony exactly like we wanted. They were flexible, highly organised and efficient. We could not recommend them enough for others. We hired the beach ceremony package with extra chairs. It was perfection.

Vanessa and the W&EC team were incredible to work with from start to finish. They brought my vision to life and then topped it. The communication was amazing and they made the process so smooth and seamless, which carried through all the way to the big day. I had a dark romantic theme and Vanessa and my stylist Sarah went above and beyond to make it happen. I couldn't recommend this team more highly. Thank you so much.

We had Chelsea as our on the day coordinator for our wedding at The Woods Farm on February 2nd 2024. She was absolutely amazing, from planning with us weeks before, multiple phone calls and emails, answering all questions we had and just taking care of anything we needed. On the day she came and visited me and my partner and ensured we were happy with all the preparations. She was so easy to communicate with, made us feel like we were so relaxed on the wedding day and honestly took all the stress and anxiety away from us on the day. We have had so many compliments from guests on how great Chelsea was and how smooth the day flowed. We can’t thank her enough for all her hard work! Jason and Chloe.

Monica, Chelsea, and the Hoorah team did the styling and event coordination for our wedding in Culburra. We had the ceremony at a private property and the reception at the Culburra surf club. Both venues looked amazing and my wife and I had no worries or concerns in the lead up or during the day. Monica checked in with the many vendors throughout the day and leading up to the event to ensure it all ran smoothly. She even got the wedding started 5 mins earlier so we could beat the rain without making my wife or I feel nervous or pushed! We are very thankful to the whole team and especially Monica and would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of using Hoorah events or has an upcoming event.

Wow. There’s not much more to say. The planning, the concept and the execution - all spotless! Monica was so amazing to deal with and literally brought my dreams to life. For someone who didn’t have a huge vision and wasn’t too focused on flowers, Monica just got everything absolutely right. Thank you so much for giving us a day to remember.

Dany and the Pia & Jade team bring an artistic eye to the wedding industry that is simply unmatched. They worked alongside us as the florist & stylist team for an experimental editorial photoshoot that we organised at Mona Farm and we were absolutely blown away by the end result! We sent some initial ideas over to Dany and she took them, added her own personal touch to them and created an absolute masterpiece. She was highly organised leading up to the day and the communication was excellent leading up to the day. We are still in awe of the larger than life creations she made on the day. Not only are Dany and her whole team extremely talented and creative but they are also warm, friendly and outstanding people! We cannot wait to work with them again in the future!!

We cannot thank Danny and the wonderful team at Pia+Jade enough for the absolute vision they brought to life for our wedding. The flowers, the colours, all of the little details throughout the entire property were beyond anything we could have imagined. The arbour was to die for, the table setting was just phenomenal. Danny was always super responsive to all emails, questions, changes etc. and overall just a lovely and wonderful human. We’re so incredibly thankful and feel very lucky we were able to work with Danny and the team to make our day so unforgettable.
