5 Star Service without the inflated prices. Quick with answers to questions, quick to give a quote, fantastic website that is super user-friendly. Initially I was interested in one x Santa Cruz Reserve / i9 Hydra wheel, ended up buying 3 wheels plus 2 sets of Code RSC Brakes, a couple pair of gloves and the latest Santa Cruz 5010 frame… ( Brisbane and Gold Coast Bike Shops need to take note… or don’t…) The entire crew seem hungry to help as opposed to either general disinterest or hurry up and purchase and stop bothering us like other places. Definitely will be purchasing more of what I need down the track Jonny Sprockets For Win.

My husband and I, both in our 80s, recently had the pleasure of experiencing Bikeline's e-rickshaw service during our visit to Toowoomba. One of the highlights of our trip was the relaxing ride in the e-rickshaw, which allowed us to explore the city's beautiful parks and the bird park in comfort. This service is a wonderful way for older people who can't walk long distances to enjoy Toowoomba's natural beauty The Bikeline staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Our rickshaw guide, who did all the hard work, was not only informative about the sights but also cheerful and friendly, making the journey even more enjoyable. For tourists looking to explore Toowoomba's parks and attractions in a relaxed and comfortable manner, we highly recommend Bikeline's e-rickshaw service. It's definitely something we'll look forward to doing again on our next visit to this lovely city.

I bought a Scott from Matthew and working in retail i understand the system. He quoted and followed up several times over a period of 3 days and his professional help was 5 star. He made the deal happened where my local bike shop shut the door ones they hear i want to upgrade the bike but for these guys nothing was to big and bike is shipped to my address. Great service and definitely will go back.

Friendly, efficient service and they honoured the phone quoted price for a half day (6 hours) E-bikes for two, even though it was lower than their normal schedule. Bikes were excellent, although we had to back track, as we hadn't been given a bike lock.
