The Cave Gym has everything I want in a gym. If I feel like a cardio workout, or a relax in the Sauna, it has these facilities available. To strengthen the body with many different machines with facilities to stretch before and after as well as classes to teach you how to stretch for beginners like me. Yoga has been a new experience for me over the last few years which is now one of my main classes. I have found this so beneficial to the body and soul. You couldn’t ask for anything else in a gym membership PS. I recommend that you don’t come here because I want it all to myself.

The Cave Gym has first class equipment and facilities but the most important factor for me was feeling comfortable and welcome every time I walked in the door. I have been a member for nearly three years and I’m always greeted with a smile and hello every single time. There is something for everyone at this gym no matter what fitness level with supportive and helpful trainers conducting the classes. During my time at The Cave I have not only improved my fitness I have made some great friends along the way who I now train with. I would highly recommend The Cave Gym as the gym for you, you won’t be disappointed.

Since the first day I walked into the cave I felt welcomed with open arms, and for someone who suffers crippling social anxiety, its a huge struggle to feel comfortable anywhere but at the Cave i felt at ease with the help of the amazing staff whom are all so lovely and so helpful, the cave has quickly become my second home, meeting and working with and among so many incredible people, kicking goals every day even when your not feeling it I always feel like I have the greatest support team behind me.

I walked into this gym with 1 goal, to walk out with big muscles, well, it didn't happen I asked a trainer whether an exercise i was doing would work and he said "yes, that is called a hack squat" the guy was an idiot because I was not hacking. good gym, mirrors are 10/10.

Golds Gym Toowoomba has the most friendly and helpful staff and always down for a chat. There smoothies are amazing and coffees even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking to train at a commercial gym.
