The team at Cycle de Vie have gone above and beyond for me and I can’t thank the team enough for their help! Every time I have gone in store they have been fantastic at answering all of my questions. As someone just starting to get into cycling and triathlon it can be quite daunting going in store but the team have been fantastic at answering anything I need and recommending the right gear for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had a bike emergency on my way to a race and these guys saved me. They fitted me in and fixed my bike so I was able to get to my race. Not only did they do an excellent job, all the staff are genuinely lovely people who were very knowledgeable about bikes. The shop has a great range of stuff too! Thanks heaps Cycle de vie.

Came to the rescue! Two days before my race in Townsville, within a few hours of drop off, Cycle de Vie fixed the damage my bicycle sustained during transport. Appreciated the repair and the helpful attitude of the staff.

Paul and the team at Top Brand were excellent. I took in an older mountain bike I wanted serviced so my son could start riding. Paul discussed all the possible maintenance they can do and the price of new components. He made a recommendation of things to do and not do given the age of the bike and my budget. Paul then helped me select a new bike for myself; did the personal fitting and adjustments and explained all the features of the bike and how to clean and maintain the bikes after each ride and periodic servicing at Top Brand. They have all the products in stock and so I got a new helmet, chain lube, bike wash, and a tailgate pad. Honest, professional customer service. You won’t go wrong with Top Brand.

Brilliant service. Travelled up for a mtb race. Had a few issues when unpacking from the bike box and they sorted it on the spot while I was there. Brilliant price. Can’t thank them enough.

Bought a bike from BNG a few weeks ago and was assisted by Justin who was easygoing and knowledgeable. I have since been back in several times to purchase accessories etc. and each time the guys have been great. Yesterday, I was about to go for a ride when I noticed an issue with my rear brake. I called BNG and got Justin who told me to bring it in as soon as I could. I brought the bike in about half an hour later and Justin fixed it for me right there and then. Great service from him as usual. With the continued great service, this is the only bike shop I need to go to in Townsville. Thanks guys.

Went in today to pick up an online order. Bike was assembled, I queried about after market training wheels, which where immediately fitted for me. Daughter hoped on and took it for a lap, while the gentlemen at the counter spoke me through ways to help my 7yo transition to 2 wheels. Customer service was 10/10, and was a great first time experience! Will be back.

The team were super helpful and quickly fixed the Di2 gears on the bike before competition on Sunday. They were also super friendly and showed us what to do if we had the problem again. The bike is ready to race and I'm so grateful for their assistance.
