Higher Ground is a beautifully designed, aesthetic café that makes a great first impression. The ambiance is trendy and inviting, with a lot of attention to detail in the interior. The food presentation is excellent – everything looks picture-perfect and well thought out. However, while the dishes look amazing, the taste was just average in my opinion. As a vegetarian, I found there were only a few options on the menu, and they didn’t really wow me. That said, the service was fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and really added to the experience. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit for the vibe and presentation, but the food, especially for vegetarians, could be a bit more exciting.

Great place! It has its own rustic style that I love, high ceiling I just love it! Highly recommend to book in advance as it is very popular! The food is generous and the coffee is good! They have an open kitchen so that's cool! kids friendly! Wheelchair friendly and great atmosphere for a date or a catch up.

Nice coffee. Batch brew were really nice. Fruity a bit acid coffee. Flat white were good. I didn’t try food as it’s too pricy for me. So no comment.

We came here about a year ago and enjoyed the breakfast and lunch selection. It was a little pity that they changed their menu and we didn’t get to have what we had (especially the blue swimmer crab chilli scrambled egg). Nonetheless, we had the breakfast special it was great. We ordered the quinoa porridge as well and it was sweet and easy on the palette. Pro tip: They start serving the lunch menu at 11am so you could order it earlier and have it served once lunch menu starts.

Delicious!! I had the lamb shank and risotto by recommendation from the waitress. The flavours were terrific and not overpowering. The ambience has a lovely warm aesthetic too. Can’t wait to return.

Food was outstanding. Breakfast Banh Mi is worth coming back for. Coffee and fresh OJ were perfect as well. Service was awesome and super fast for how busy they were.

Great place, always vibing but still quite cold inside. Have been here few times but this time after 6-7 years, main thing here is the consistency over this long period of time. We’ve had coffees and some breakfast dishes. Coffees weren’t as top as i thought. Food was nice, halloumi deemed as grilled but looked more fried than grilled, the two poached eggs was cooked inconsistent, overall taste comes very nice.

This cafe is a good! While the food is decent, it's a tad pricey. Yet, the atmosphere is wonderful, perfect for catching up with friends over a quick bite. Customer service is great. The best part? No reservations needed; just stroll in and enjoy! It's the ideal spot for a hassle-free, cozy hangout.

Nice cozy place for great brunch! Their food was scrumptious and yummy! Wide selections of choices from mains to drinks.. portion is huge and good to share. Might be a little pricey but justifiable with the portion. Try it when you’re near.
