2025 Update: At BeanStation Cafe, Executive Chef Cassey Durum leads the kitchen with skills gained from working around the world. The cafe focuses on honest, seasonal food and aims to give customers an “out of the ordinary” breakfast or lunch. They take pride in offering high-quality products, including their main coffee blend, Merlo Organico, a medium to full-bodied, earthy coffee with a sweet finish. The green beans used in this blend are certified organic by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA).”
