Beanstation Cafe is an up-cycled, industrial eating/coffee house and wine bar. Their modern Australian menu is partnered with merlot coffee, local wines, and Aussie boutique beers, and their amazing produce mix is personally selected by owners Amanda and Rod Ayden and their amazing Beanstation Cafe team. 2025 Update: At BeanStation Cafe, Executive Chef Cassey Durum leads the kitchen with skills gained from working around the world. The cafe focuses on honest, seasonal food and aims to give customers an “out of the ordinary” breakfast or lunch. They take pride in offering high-quality products, including their main coffee blend, Merlo Organico, a medium to full-bodied, earthy coffee with a sweet finish. The green beans used in this blend are certified organic by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA).

La Maison Restaurant has the old and the new, blending historic architecture, inspired cuisine and an innovative family business. They have extended on the legacy, renovating the Bluestone Cottage into an intimate function room and adding the indoor/outdoor dining area out the back. The cafe specialises in traditionally roasted coffee beans. La Maison Restaurant is the ideal place for small to medium-sized functions, including weddings and birthdays. They also offer gift vouchers.

2025 Update: La Maison Restaurant is owned by Wassim Saliba and his wife, Marcia, who took over the historic 160-year-old Customs House building. The venue includes charming cottages and rooms that offer intimate settings for up to 50 guests, while the bar and courtyard can host events for up to 250 people. The restaurant is proud to support local businesses by using the best locally sourced produce. Outdoor seating is also available.
