Come and experience the fantastic feeling of relaxing on the platform at sunset, together with enjoyable live music, great wine, and good company. Add delicious seasonal grazing platters to complement the evening, and that is in a nutshell.

2025 Update: At BeanStation Cafe, Executive Chef Cassey Durum leads the kitchen with skills gained from working around the world. The cafe focuses on honest, seasonal food and aims to give customers an “out of the ordinary” breakfast or lunch. They take pride in offering high-quality products, including their main coffee blend, Merlo Organico, a medium to full-bodied, earthy coffee with a sweet finish. The green beans used in this blend are certified organic by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA).”

“La Maison Restaurant has the old and the new, blending historic architecture, inspired cuisine and an innovative family business. They have extended on the legacy, renovating the Bluestone Cottage into an intimate function room and adding the indoor/outdoor dining area out the back. The cafe specialises in traditionally roasted coffee beans. La Maison Restaurant is the ideal place for small to medium-sized functions, including weddings and birthdays. They also offer gift vouchers.

2025 Update: La Maison Restaurant is owned by Wassim Saliba and his wife, Marcia, who took over the historic 160-year-old Customs House building. The venue includes charming cottages and rooms that offer intimate settings for up to 50 guests, while the bar and courtyard can host events for up to 250 people. The restaurant is proud to support local businesses by using the best locally sourced produce. Outdoor seating is also available.”

BEANSTATION CAFE REVIEWS

BeanStation is my go to cafe during my rest stop in Albury whenever I drive from Melbourne to Sydney. The cafe is warm and inviting and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The serving sizes are generous and represent your classic cafe fare done right! The coffee is rich and delicious! Will be back again and again whenever I drive past.

Relaxed old railway station cafe with great food that keeps us coming back whenever we are staying in town. I had the gluten free granola - so good l bought a bag to take home & hubby had poached eggs on homemade thick hash brown. Both were delicious.

This is our second time here, as a stop over driving back from Thredbo to Melbourne. We love this place, it’s as good as any cafe in Melbourne, with fantastic food quality, great coffee and drinks and fabulously lovely staff. Very kid friendly as well.

The food was amazing. Was very happy with what we ordered. Would highly recommend others to attend this restaurant. So much that a couple of the pictures were taken after a bit of food was removed. I couldn’t possibly fit in desert. Would have maybe tried the sweet potato brownie if I had room.

It was a wonderful lunch at this fine establishment with my partner. We enjoyed a three course meal with matching wines and thoroughly enjoyed the food and relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic food. Great service. Kids catered for in adult atmosphere. Efficient, friendly staff.

I love when your orders up they don't just call your name, they call 'Thank You' then your name. I find that very endearing, and there's a reason why their always busy. Their coffees are amazing. Like their service.

Best coffee in Albury/Wodonga. All the staff make the effort to know your name and coffee order. Always consist with the quality of service and coffee. Always my number 1 choice for coffee.

This very cute coffee pod made out of shipping container just across the road from a park. They serve great coffee, muffins and food. The staff very friendly. The seating area is cool and spacious. Enjoy our visit here.
