The best experience I have ever had was trading my old vehicle for a brand-new Mercedes. Thanks to Liz and Alex for the incredible support and all the team members who collaborated on the plentiful experience, including the delicious carrot cake and the coffee. I thought it would take months to get a new car, but due to the exceptional customer service, it only took a couple of days. I am so happy.

Went to test drive the new Haval H6GT Ultra a few weeks ago, but I never like the long process it takes usually when buying a new car. Definitely didn’t have that this time. Jackson looked after us and is so lovely and down to earth. You don’t get the hard sell crap like you get at most dealerships, just everything you want to know and the rest of the team were great too. Promised I’d have my new car in a week in the colour I wanted (Atlantic Blue) and delivered on his promise. The car is brilliant. If your looking for a new car and want great service, definitely go here.

Alex at Gold Coast MG submitted an irresistible bid that we couldn't refuse for the EV we wanted on Motor Scout. He then went out of his way to have our new car ready the next day so we could drive down and pick it up without taking extra time off work. He answered all our questions promptly and looked after us every step of the way. We also did market research on the extras (window tinting and surface protection) and we loved how competitively priced they were and with lifetime warranties at Gold Coast MG. Overall we're very happy we chose Gold Coast MG and we love our new EV.

Picked up my new Haval H6 Ultra from Jackson today and the only thing I can say, is that this experience has been one of the best I’ve ever had.
