I really enjoyed staying at Varsity on Main during the last few years thanks to how well the complex was run, managed, and maintained. Over the last 20 years, I have lived at several apartment buildings and high-rises, and I can honestly say the communication via emails, notices, and professionalism has been the best I've experienced so far. Thanks Adam and Rosie. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live in Varsity Lakes, to give them a call.

Varsity Apartments on Main is a great place to live. My daughter and I have been living here for nearly two years and love it. The onsite managers, Adam and Rachel, are always gentle, friendly and quick at solving any issue. The complex is safe and tidy, and the facilities are well looked after. Highly recommend.

We have lived on Varsity Apartments on Main for about 10 Months. We loved the neighbourhood and the commodity of the unit. Rachel and Adam, the managers, were always very gentle and quick at solving any issue. We recommend this place to live more when you are just getting used to living on the Coast, and you have only your luggage. Splendid pool area

We recently stayed 3 nights here. I booked on budget so at $645 for 3 nights I wasn't expecting much as comparing prices were 800 plus. When we walked through the beautiful foyer and up to our 12th floor apartment I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern it was. I walked through our door and couldn't believe what I saw.. a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full size kitchen, dining and living areas plus a full size laundry! Wrap around balconies with ocean and river views also. The kitchen was fully equipped. But for the price and overall value, who cares! The laundry had washing soap, bathrooms 1 soap each, kitchen milk and 1 dishwashing liquid and a few tablets. The manager is great. Very friendly and accommodating.

My family and I have stayed at this wonderful property several times and absolutely love it. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping is marvellous. We have always felt welcomed by the staff and we highly enjoy all the onsite facilities. Highly recommend if you are seeking a relaxed and stress-free getaway. We are definitely booking again.

Fantastic location about 50m to the beach and the Northcliffe surfclub. Walkable to both Cavill avenue and Broadbeach. Plus the tram stop is right outside. Large, airy, modern room with a beach view. Perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of the gold coast.

We have just returned from a long weekend stay at Columbia Apartments. We were able to stay on the same floor as our extended families, so we had the whole floor to ourselves. We had a fantastic time. The apartment were well appointed and had everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway to recharge our batteries. Can't recommend this place high enough.

What an absolute gem of a place to stay. Not only is the location perfect, the apartment stunning and the facilities great, the staff & management team are wonderful. So helpful and friendly. I wish we were there longer. 5 nights in paradise is not enough. Can’t wait to come back down and stay again. My son keeps asking if we’re moving there.

We had the most wonderful stay at Columbia Beachfront apartments. It is such a great location with amazing views. The whales put on a great display each day. The managers Lauren and Matt were so kind and welcoming. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.
